Pick's Policy
- A deposit of $300.00 per week is required when reservations are confirmed. Balance due at check-in.
- In case of cancellation, your deposit can be refunded if we are able to rent/receive deposit for the amount of time reserved.
- Weekly reservations run from Saturday to Saturday.
- Daily reservations when available.
- No Refunds For Early Departures.
- No Credit Cards - Cash or Check Only.
- No Pets Allowed.
- Please bring dish, beach, and bath towels.
